All content on this website (text, design, logos) is owned by us unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied without permission. Ownership of software we build for clients is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
5. Payments
Fees, milestones, and payment schedules for engagements are defined in the applicable Statement of Work and invoices. Late payments may pause work as described in the agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the website or an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
We may suspend access to the website at our discretion. Termination of a service engagement is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
